Your skip might have been removed because your hire period has ended (usually 14 days). It could also be due to permit issues or expired hire. If you need more details, feel free to contact us.
If you require a longer hire period, please let us know, and additional charges may apply.
All waste collected from your skip is taken to licensed recycling facilities in or around Middlesbrough. We aim to recycle as much as possible, ensuring responsible waste management that meets environmental standards.
Unfortunately, mattresses cannot be disposed of in standard skips due to specific waste disposal regulations. If you need to get rid of a mattress, let us know when you book your skip, and we can arrange a separate collection for you.
Please ensure that your skip is not overloaded. The waste should be level with the top of the skip and should not extend beyond the sides. Overloading can prevent us from collecting the skip and may incur additional charges.
Plasterboard cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to disposal regulations. If you need to dispose of plasterboard, let us know, and we can arrange a separate collection for this material.
You don’t need to be home when the skip is delivered or collected, as long as we have clear access to the location. Please provide any specific instructions when booking your skip, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
For best results, load your skip with heavier items at the bottom and lighter, bulkier items on top. This way, you can maximise the space in your skip and keep it safe and balanced for transportation.
